Katy Bisges – Founder & Principal
Katy Bisges is the founder of KSB Consulting, LLC, launched in 2024. With a passion for helping small business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs gain financial clarity, she created a service that delivers accurate, stress-free bookkeeping—without the big-firm price tag.
Early Life and Education
Born in Tampa, Florida, Katy grew up with a curiosity for real estate and numbers. She has lived in California, Georgia, and now Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in May 2019. This foundation fueled her ambition to innovate in financial operations and asset management.
Career Journey
After graduation, Katy began at CBRE in Atlanta, supporting national investment sales and office leasing teams while mastering CoStar, VTS, and Argus Enterprise. She joined Piedmont Office Realty Trust (NYSE: PDM) from 2019 to 2024, rising from Analyst to Associate—leading lease negotiations for 5 million SF of Class A office space, building financial models, managing multimillion-dollar capital projects, and overseeing spec suite programs across 8 major markets.
Since July 2024, she has served as Investment Manager at Albany Road Real Estate Partners in Nashville, overseeing commercial leasing, construction, development, and property management across flex, industrial, office, and medical assets in the Southeast and Southwest.
The Creation of KSB Consulting, LLC
In 2024, recognizing a gap in affordable, expert-level bookkeeping for small businesses, freelancers, and independent creators, Katy founded KSB Consulting, LLC. Drawing from over 7 years of daily financial modeling, A/R management, budgeting, and real-world property operations, she now empowers entrepreneurs with clean books, tax-ready reports, and strategic insights—so they can focus on growth, not spreadsheets.

Katy believes every small business owner, creative, and entrepreneur deserves financial clarity without the complexity. This guiding principle is reflected in KSB Consulting, LLC’s culture and operations, fostering an environment of accuracy, trust, and empowerment—helping clients turn numbers into confidence and growth.
Community Engagement
Beyond her role at Albany Road and KSB Consulting, LLC, Katy is committed to giving back through mentorship and industry leadership. She actively supports the next generation of real estate and business professionals as a member of NAIOP Georgia & Tennessee Chapters (including serving on the NAIOP Future Leaders Executive Committee in 2024), and previously through CREW Atlanta (2020–2023). Her involvement builds stronger networks and inspires driven, ethical leaders.

Looking ahead, Katy envisions expanding KSB Consulting, LLC into a go-to resource for small business financial wellness nationwide. With her dedicated approach, she aims to launch educational workshops, develop simple financial tools for creatives, and grow a team of client-focused bookkeepers—all while staying rooted in personalized, high-touch service that makes bookkeeping feel effortless.
